# KYC Verification

At **Tygapay**, we play by the government's rules, even if we're not the biggest fans of the KYC process – you know, that identity check that everyone loves. While we might raise an eyebrow or two at the paperwork, rest assured, we've got your back. Our cheeky compliance ensures your transactions are on the up-and-up, even if we have to put on our serious faces for a moment. Your crypto journey is in safe hands with Tygapay, and we promise to make even the regulatory stuff a little less snooze-worthy.

**PLEASE NOTE:** New Tygapay Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements have been introduced. Unfortunately, your current KYC verification does not meet the updated standards. To ensure uninterrupted access, please verify your account and confirm that your first and last names match the details on your Tygapay account.

#### **Step 1: Click Account Verification**

#### **Step 2: Start the Verification Process**

#### **Step 3: Select continue**

#### Step 4: Select your form of identification and the country where your document was issued, then continue.

#### Step 5: Allow access to camera.

#### Step 6: Position your document within the provided frame.

#### Step 7: Get ready for your selfie, then continue.

When you get **“Submission under review”,** please allow up to 48 hours for approval. If it’s still pending after 48 hours, simply open a ticket on our TygaPay app, and we’ll be happy to assist you with that.
