PLEASE NOTE: New Tygapay Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements have been introduced. Unfortunately, your current KYC verification does not meet the updated standards. To ensure uninterrupted access, please verify your account and confirm that your first and last names match the details on your Tygapay account.

Step 6: Position your document within the provided frame.

Ensure your document is fully visible and clearly readable.

Step 7: Get ready for your selfie, then continue.

Center your face within the frame.

Step 8: Take selfie.

Step 9: You are done!

When you get “Submission under review”, please allow up to 48 hours for approval. If it’s still pending after 48 hours, simply open a ticket on our TygaPay app, and we’ll be happy to assist you with that.
