# Restricted Jurisdictions

Tygapay is unable to extend its services to a select number of jurisdictions. As a result:

1. Entities based in these jurisdictions cannot be onboarded.
2. Entities with Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) residing in these jurisdictions cannot be onboarded.
3. Sending or receiving funds to or from these jurisdictions is not permitted.

This list is reviewed and refreshed periodically to align with evolving regulatory standards and partner guidelines.
